How do I order custom printed t-shirts online in Australia? Simply browse our range of premium AS Colour products, choose your item, and upload your design or build one using our online designer tool. Once you're happy, add to cart and checkout and we'll take care of the rest and have your order on its way to you.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom merch? There is no minimum order quantity at Sole Identity. Whether you need one item or hundreds, you can order exactly what you need with no pressure to buy more than you want.

How long does it take to receive custom printed clothing? Production takes 10 to 14 business days for orders under 20 pieces, with shipping time on top of that depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Can I order just one custom t-shirt? Absolutely, there's no minimum order at Sole Identity. You can order a single item and it will be printed and shipped with the same care as a bulk order.

How do I upload my own design for printing? Once you've selected your product, you can upload your design file directly through our online designer tool. We accept all common file formats, just keep in mind that low resolution images will result in lower quality prints, so the higher the resolution the better.


PRINTING & QUALITY

What printing methods do you use for custom apparel? Our standard online orders use DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which produces vibrant, detailed results on a wide range of garments. Through our parent company ID Athletic, we can also facilitate screen printing, embroidery, and sublimation for larger or more specific orders. Contact us to discuss.

What file format do I need for my design? We accept all common file formats including PNG, PDF, AI, and more. The most important thing is resolution. A low resolution image will produce a low resolution print, so always use the highest quality version of your artwork available.

What is the difference between screen printing and DTF printing? DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which is what we use, transfers your design onto the garment using a printed film, giving excellent colour accuracy and detail. Screen printing uses layered ink through a mesh stencil, which is better suited to large volume runs with fewer colours. We can assist with both through our ID Athletic partnership.

Will the colours in my design print accurately? DTF printing reproduces colours with high accuracy. For best results, supply your artwork in CMYK format at the highest resolution available. If you have specific colour matching requirements, get in touch and we can advise.

What brands of clothing do you print on? We print on AS Colour, one of Australia's most trusted premium blank apparel brands, known for quality fabrics, great fits, and a wide range of colours. Their range includes tees, hoodies, tanks, bags, and more.


PRICING

How much does custom merch printing cost in Australia? Pricing ranges from around $30 for simple single-print items through to $100 or more depending on the product, number of print positions, quantity ordered, and shipping method selected. You'll see the exact price at checkout before committing.

Do prices get cheaper for larger orders? Yes, pricing is tiered based on quantity. Orders of 1, 2 to 5, 6 to 10, and 11 to 20 items each attract different per-unit pricing. For orders over 20 pieces, contact us directly for a custom quote, which will be even more competitive.

Are there setup fees for custom printing? No hidden setup fees, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. For larger or more complex orders through our ID Athletic partnership, any additional costs will be clearly outlined in your quote.

How much does it cost to print a logo on a t-shirt? A custom logo printed tee starts from around $30, depending on the garment, print size, and quantity. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Use our online designer to build your order and see live pricing.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship custom merch across Australia? Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia. Both standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.

How long does shipping take after my order is printed? Production takes 10 to 14 business days for orders under 20 pieces, after which your order is dispatched. Standard shipping starts from $10.95 and express from $14.45, with delivery times varying by location.

Can I get express delivery on custom printed clothing? Yes, express shipping is available Australia-wide. Express rates are $14.45 for 1 to 4 items, $23.45 for 5 to 14 items, and $31.35 for 15 or more items. Note that express shipping speeds up delivery, not production time.


RETURNS & GUARANTEES

Can I return custom printed clothing? As all items are custom printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing. We strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering. Returns are accepted within 30 days for manufacturing faults.

What happens if my order arrives with a print error? If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or print error on our end, we'll replace it at no charge. Email hello@soleidentity.com.au with your order number and details within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee on custom orders? All orders are backed by our manufacturing guarantee. If something arrives damaged or incorrectly printed due to our error, we'll make it right. Because items are made to order, we recommend reviewing your design carefully before submitting.
